Position 1 # Oracle Applications E Business Suite Manager (1 Position)
Location : India and MiddleEast
Looking for an Oracle Applications Project Manager, you will have at least 10+ years of experience on Oracle E-Business suite. Experience of managing support/projects/team delivery for Oracle Applications E Business Suite( Release 11i/12i).
• Functional/Technical understanding of R12 Oracle Apps Financials/HCM/PAYROLL.
• Excellent written skills are essential for report writing.
• Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills, experience with stakeholder workshops
• Strong organisational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills, client service oriented and resilience
• Conscientious, self-motivated and goal orientated
• Excellent attention to detail
• Has participated in Effort estimation, project costing, Risk mitigation, project scheduling and project governance
• Willingness and an enthusiastic attitude to work within existing processes/methodologies

Position 2 # Oracle HRMS Senior Techno - Functional Consultant – (6 positions)
Location : India and MiddleEast
Ideally candidates will have worked on a number of Oracle Financial projects end to end, full life cycle implementation/post go live projects.
• Excellent communication
• Extensive IT consulting experience
• 6-15 years on Oracle HCM
• A minimum of three full project life cycles
• Functional Expert of R12 Oracle Apps HCM (HRMS,Payroll,Selfservice,AME,OLM,PMS,i-Recruitment) + Oracle P2P (iExpenses)
• Experience of Functional requirement documents preparation, Fit-Gap analysis, Functional Solution Design, System Configuration documentation and Test scripts preparation
• Problem solving skills
• Flexibility to travel to UAE
• Previous UAE project experience is preferable
• Ablity to work on FF,Reports,ADF forms
• Ability to do the migrations
Position 3 # Oracle Financial Senior Functional Consultant – (5 positions)
Location : India and MiddleEast
Ideally candidates will have worked on a number of Oracle Financial projects end to end, full life cycle implementation/post go live projects.
• Excellent communication
• Extensive IT consulting experience
• 6-15 years on Oracle Financials
• A minimum of four full project life cycles
• Functional Expert of R12 Oracle Apps Financials (General Ledger, Account Receivables, Accounts Payable, EB-Tax)
• Experience of Functional requirement documents preparation, Fit-Gap analysis, Functional Solution Design, System Configuration documentation and Test scripts preparation
• Problem solving skills
• Flexibility to travel to UAE
• Previous accounting experience is preferable
Position 4 # Oracle OBIEE Consultants (6 positions)
Location : India and MiddleEast
• Mandatory hands-on experience on Oracle BI tools ie OBIEE, ODI) for atleast the last 2 to 3 years.
• Experience in Technical planning, design, development, testing and support on Oracle BI solutions.
• Experience and Expertise in Data Warehouse/ Data mart Data model design for atleast 2 industry verticals.
• Experience on ETL design and development using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Warehouse Builder, Informatica.
• Experience in BI Reporting solutions using OBIEE or an equivalent tool.
• Ability to conduct Design reviews and providing technical guidance on BI projects.
• Experience in engaging with Business users, especially at CXO level to gather business requirements, advice on BI roadmap and translate the requirements into design specifications.
• Experience in packaged BI solutions preferred.
• Good understanding of BIG DATA technology and tools essential.
• Ability to mentor and guide juniors and manage initiatives.
• Willing to travel Middle East.
